The highest tower in the quarter The Marks symbolises contemporary living in the immediate vicinity of the green oasis of the Prater. The form and the architectural design of the one and further areas of the quarter The Marks are the work of the well-known architectural office Studio VlayStreeruwitz.

The office operates at the interfaces between urbanism, architecture and research, and focusses on the development of clear conceptual approaches to the city, space and buildings for everyday life.


The one is being realised as a joint project by the developers WBV-GPA, Wohnbauvereinigung für Privatangestellte, and Neues Leben, gemeinnützige Bau- Wohn- und Siedlungsgemeinschaft. Due for completion in 2023, the residential tower will contain 224 freehold apartments and 170 for rent.
