For us, the Gasometer is like a small village, where everyone knows everyone else and you can always find someone who will help you sort out a problem.

It’s an area that’s established itself as a residential area during the past decade – also due, of course, to its scenic location within Vienna. You’re very quickly on the Danube Canal or surrounded by greenery. And the U3 naturally also provides excellent connections if you want to get to the centre quickly. You can rapidly reach all those places where young people want to be.

Franz Guggenberger, Viennaguitars Guitar Makers

The music cluster here in the Gasometer – with Austria’s largest music shop, universities, conservatoires, music schools – is simply fantastic. For the City of Vienna, which tends to be better known for classical music, this is in any case an incredible asset.

The future residents can very much look forward to living in a wonderful, dynamic district that, in my opinion, is currently experiencing a real boom.

Moritz Pedarnig, Head of the POP Akademie Wien

For a musician there are obviously two places here that one really loves: The first is the entire Arena complex, because it’s naturally one of Vienna’s best concert locations, and the other is the Bank Austria Halle.
